Last Day in Kazakhstan

It's Marissa's last day in Kazakhstan and we went out for a walk with our new friends Amy and Gailen and their two kids. We checked out some of the parks and fountains around the old city center. It was hot, but I'm glad we got out of the hotel and experienced a little more of the city on our last day here. We stopped at the grocery store and stocked up on supplies for our long flight home.

We also stopped at the Tsum (the central mall) and bought some gifts and trinkets to help us remember Kazakhstan. We bought some traditional Kazakh hats for Noah and Marissa. She looks like a little princess in her silvery beads.

It's almost dinner time and after that we'll pack up and get to bed early. Hopefully, the next time I make a post, we'll all be back in the USA.
